In this month’s cooking class we’re a cooking up a ripe and vibrant tomato-centric menu to kick the season off right. !
We’ll be cooking from 3-5pm & dining from 5-6pm
$99 per guest
Cherry Tomato Bruschetta: Sweet, ripe cherry tomatoes, summer basil and crusty bread. Simple & perfect.
Perfect meatballs: Classically perfect meatballs made from a mixture of beef and pork. Swimming in roasted garlic tomato pomodoro sauce & topped with dollops of rich ricotta cheese.
Roasted Garlic Pomodoro: A classic Italian red sauce amped up with flavorful roasted garlic.
Burrata Caprese: Juicy tomatoes, smooth mozzarella cheese and decadent burrata. Finished with a drizzle of herbaceous pesto.
Pesto Genovese: The perfect accompaniment to summer tomatoes. This perfect pesto is a simple as it is stunning.

Please note that your spot in cooking class is nonrefundable.
However, if you find you cannot make it to class after registering, please let me know as soon as possible. For cancellations 48 hours before class, I will issue you a credit to be applied to a future class. Cancellations the day of class will forfeit the future class credit.
