In this month’s cooking class we’re celebrating the flavors of Mexico with this fresh & colorful meal!
We’ll be cooking from 3-5pm & dining from 5-6pm
$99 per guest
Pulled Pork Tacos Al Pastor: Juicy slow-braised pork marinated in pineapple and guajillo, ancho & chipotle chilis. Don’t worry, this version is not too spicy!
Esquites: Charred Mexican street corn with lime dressing and cotija cheese.
Pineapple Salsa: Sweet & tangy with a hit of spice!
Tomatillo Salsa Verde: A mild and bright green salsa to compliment the al pastor.
Pickled Red Onion: An absolute staple in my house. Learn this simple pickling technique & keep them on hand in your fridge all summer long!

Please note that your spot in cooking class is nonrefundable.
However, if you find you cannot make it to class after registering, please let me know as soon as possible. For cancellations 48 hours before class, I will issue you a credit to be applied to a future class. Cancellations the day of class will forfeit the future class credit.
