Let’s enjoy a lovely spring Sunday afternoon nibbling on Italian-inspired bites and cheers-ing amazing Burnt Bridge Cellars wine.
Join me for June’s Afternoon Cooking Class! We’ll be cooking from 1-3pm and dining from 3-4pm
Gorgonzola stuffed fried olives: Meaty green olives filled with decadent bleu cheese and fried to crispy, golden perfection. Topped with fresh herbs, lemon zest and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Perfect meatballs: Classically perfect meatballs made from a mixture of beef and pork. Served in a rich sun-dried tomato marinara and topped with dollops of rich ricotta cheese.
Summer burrata panzanella: Crunchy bread, loads of summer tomatoes and basil, decadent burrata and ripe avocado all come together for the perfect summer salad.
Tiramisu: The ultimate pick-me-up! Coffee-soaked ladyfingers with a creamy mascarpone filling and a dusting of coco powder.
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
