April Cooking Class
Handmade Pasta

Hosted at Class Cooking in downtown Vancouver
In this month’s cooking class we’re celebrating the season with this fresh & colorful meal!
We’ll be cooking from 3-5pm & dining from 5-6pm
$99 per guest
Handmade Pappardelle: Learn the basics of handmade pasta. A bit messy, but worth the effort! Served with lemon verde primavera.
Verde pasta primavera: A fresh take on pasta loaded with leeks, peas and fresh herbs. Tossed with a light lemon cream sauce and topped with arugula and fresh pea shoots.
Panzanella: Crunchy bread, loads of tomatoes & fragrant basil all come together for the perfect Italian salad.
Dark Chocolate Budino: Rich Italian pudding finished with chocolate shavings and homemade whipped cream.

Please note that your spot in cooking class is nonrefundable.
However, if you find you cannot make it to class after registering, please let me know as soon as possible. For cancellations 48 hours before class, I will issue you a credit to be applied to a future class. Cancellations the day of class will forfeit the future class credit.
