This month we’re diving into to Thai food take-out classics in this fun & vibrant happy hour class!
Pad Thai: A fresh take on the take-out classic. Stir-fried rice noodles and fresh vegetables, all tossed in a tangy-savory-sweet sauce. Finished with crunchy peanuts and tons of fresh lime
Chicken Satay: Juicy marinated chicken skewers served with peanut sauce & a refreshing cucumber salad
Thai Fresh Rolls: Crisp & vibrant veggies all wrapped up in delicate rice paper
Thai cucumber salad: A bright & tangy side that makes the perfect foil to the Pad Thai & Chicken Satay
Homemade Peanut Sauce: A rich and decadent blend of peanuts, lime & spices. Perfect for dipping Thai Fresh Rolls & Chicken Satay
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
