I’m back from my Spanish Honeymoon and I’ve brought you the BEST seafood paella recipe! Please note that this class is $129 per guest due to the seafood market price. Olé!
Spanish seafood paella: Decadent and delicious rice paella loaded with halibut, shrimp, mussels, clams & chicken thighs. Finished with green peas and a lemon saffron aioli.
Pan con tomate: If you know, you know! This perfect Spanish side is as simple as it is delicious. Crusty bread, ripe tomato, extra virgin olive oil & flaky salt.
Burnt Basque Cheesecake: A popular Spanish cheesecake known for its deeply caramelized exterior and rich, creamy center.
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.

Let’s enjoy a lovely summer afternoon nibbling on Italian-inspired bites and cheers-ing amazing Burnt Bridge Cellars wine.
Join me for July’s Afternoon Cooking Class! We’ll be cooking from 1:30-3:30pm and dining from 3:30-4:30pm
Gorgonzola stuffed fried olives: Meaty green olives filled with decadent bleu cheese and fried to crispy, golden perfection. Topped with fresh herbs, lemon zest and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Perfect meatballs: Classically perfect meatballs made from a mixture of beef and pork. Served in a rich sun-dried tomato marinara and topped with dollops of rich ricotta cheese.
Summer burrata panzanella: Crunchy bread, loads of summer tomatoes and basil, decadent burrata and ripe avocado all come together for the perfect summer salad.
Tiramisu: The ultimate pick-me-up! Coffee-soaked ladyfingers with a creamy mascarpone filling and a dusting of coco powder.
