We’ll be baking up a storm from 1:30-3:30pm.
Since we will be baking up lots of sweet treats, rather than sit down for a meal after class, everyone will enjoy a few of the baked goodies with a glass of wine and box up the rest of their treats to-go.
This cozy baking class features fall-forward bakes to get us excited & ready for the Thanksgiving season!
Maple bundt cake: rich, buttery & sweetened with pure maple syrup. Finished with a decadent maple cream cheese icing
Chocolate chip cookie scones: perfect for those Sunday mornings when you want to get away with having cookies for breakfast! Drizzled with a brown sugar sea salt glaze
Pignoli cookies: perfect, chewy and not-too-sweet, these Italian pine nut cookies are a true classic
Homemade pie crust: the absolute easiest, flakiest homemade pie crust, if I do say so myself
Thanksgiving-worthy apple pie: our pièce de résistance. A show-stopping pie fit for your Thanksgiving table
To enjoy wine during class, the tasting room at Burnt Bridge Cellars will be open and pouring! Enjoy 20% off wine purchased the evening of class.
