In this month’s cooking class we’re a cooking up a ripe and vibrant tomato-centric menu to kick the season off right. !
We’ll be cooking from 3-5pm & dining from 5-6pm

Cherry Tomato Bruschetta: Sweet, ripe cherry tomatoes, summer basil and crusty bread. Simple & perfect.
Perfect meatballs: Classically perfect meatballs made from a mixture of beef and pork. Swimming in roasted garlic tomato pomodoro sauce & topped with dollops of rich ricotta cheese.
Roasted Garlic Pomodoro: A classic Italian red sauce amped up with flavorful roasted garlic.
Burrata Caprese: Juicy tomatoes, smooth mozzarella cheese and decadent burrata. Finished with a drizzle of herbaceous pesto.
Pesto Genovese: The perfect accompaniment to summer tomatoes. This perfect pesto is a simple as it is stunning.

In this hump-day cooking class we’ll make and enjoy a savory, flavorful Moroccan meal using exciting spices and easy techniques.
We’ll be cooking from 5:30-7pm & dining from 7-8pm

Ras el Hanout spice blend: Flavorful and aromatic, but not spicy
Moroccan braised chicken thighs: Slow cooked with Ras el Hanout, onions, tomatoes, dates and green olives
Saffron rice: topped with pomegranate, toasted almonds and cilantro
Moroccan flat bread: brushed with garlic butter and finished with cilantro

Chili crisp vinaigrette: as flavorful as it is easy
Shrimp stir fry: with an aromatic ginger & garlic sauce
Thai fresh rolls: Crisp & vibrant veggies all wrapped up in delicate rice paper
Peanut sauce: A rich and decadent blend of peanuts, lime & spices. Perfect for dipping Thai fresh rolls

Since we will be baking up lots of goodies and sweet treats, rather than sit down for a meal after class, everyone will be able to enjoy some of the baked goods with a glass of wine and box up the rest of their treats to-go!
