In this month’s cooking class we’re celebrating the flavors of Mexico with this fresh & colorful meal!

We’ll be cooking from 3-5pm & dining from 5-6pm

$99 per guest

  • Pulled Pork Tacos Al Pastor: Juicy slow-braised pork marinated in pineapple and guajillo, ancho & chipotle chilis. Don’t worry, this version is not too spicy!

  • Esquites: Charred Mexican street corn with lime dressing and cotija cheese.

  • Pineapple Salsa: Sweet & tangy with a hit of spice!

  • Tomatillo Salsa Verde: A mild and bright green salsa to compliment the al pastor.

  • Pickled Red Onion: An absolute staple in my house. Learn this simple pickling technique & keep them on hand in your fridge all summer long!
