In this afternoon class, we'll be baking light and fresh bites perfect for happy hour!

  • Green Goddess Chicken Meatballs: Oven-baked mini chicken meatballs served with an herbaceous and flavorful Green Goddess sauce

  • Pearl Couscous Salad: with crunchy pistachios and peppery arugula. Tossed with fresh herbs and a light lemon dressing

  • Charred Broccolini: A perfectly simple green veggie side. Served over a bed of peppery Romesco sauce.

  • Spanish Romesco Sauce: A deeply flavorful Spanish condiment made from roasted red peppers, garlic, almonds and toasty bread
